Will someone who has done this mod please tell me if you have to reuse your old blower basket or use the Chevy. Over Years of experience at 4WD. Performs according to OEM specificationsMeets . I cut it in half and it worked well.
Make sure you hold the back of the heater core tubes while you push this on. I had already bolted up the box and put this on afterward.

I did my YJ tub swap last year and finally replaced the YJ heater for my old CJ one (with blower upgrade) this past weekend. Order Blower Motor for your vehicle and pick it up in store today. Electronics - Heater Blower Motor , Resistor, Relay, and more.
If you catch it early, the fix could be as easy as replacing the blower motor. We wired in some relays to take the current out of the switch, but ended up with the same problem .
